... Well my St. Paddie's day carry is a Severtech, I would like to add that they are made in Tucson Arizona (and made famous in a movie called "Spartan")
and it is one strongly made knife! When you open the blade, it almost jumps out your hand. A very strong well-made OTS.

Thanks TopDog ... you know I got an eye for those kinda knives!

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
I rarely EDC any of my slip joint knives because I prefer a pocket clip. This means I pretty much always carry the same knife every day (Kershaw Chill). But, I have been wanting to try one of the China made Case TecX tacticals for awhile now and I finally pulled the trigger and grabbed one. Carrying it for the first time today.

Please write your fingers habitually typed "Case" and Case has not out sourced Case knives to China.QTCut5 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 22, 2026 12:42 am I rarely EDC any of my slip joint knives because I prefer a pocket clip. On your other topic I do not like pocket clips. I carry knives that have them in a belt pouch. Also I do not give a hoot about one hand opening and prefer multi-blade knives so even when I have something else with me I always carry a slip joint.

Last produced in 1964 this disabled Robeson Shuredge. She sharpened up pretty darn nice.
