Ulster Electrician Knife

Here is one I just did in rose wood. It took some time to finish because I had to re due the pivot pin 3 times. The first 2 times while trying to blend it with the bolster I ended up sanding just a little bit too much off and they came loose. The 3rd was a little better even though I couldn’t get the pin to blend with the bolster you can’t feel it and it functions perfectly. I decided to add a shield just to dress it up a little bit more. Is it a museum piece? No but it’s a great user for someone to enjoy.

That is a great look! I rarely think of a light colored wood with Electrician's knives, and I see that I need to rethink that!

Thank you everyone for the positive comments. The pictures don’t do it justice it definitely looks better in person. I’ve redone a few Electricians knives for a couple of reasons. One they’re not bad to work on and two you can usually pick them up for cheap. They’re probably one of the cheapest American made knives you can pick up regardless of the manufacturer.
