Thanks TMK. Did some old catalog research, think it's probably KINFOLKS. It's a sweetie. Razor edge, a nice knife for a youngster to hunt with. J.O'. ::handshake::

Looks to be in great shape, too!

I've got one nearly identical that's been my workhorse for 6-7 years now. Missing the shield, and I want to use a shell casing on it. I tried .38, but it was just a hair's width too big (even though the shield hole is .38). I'm thinking .370 might work.

Thank you.
It's in pretty good shape. The leather punch is a little dinged though.
A little light filing around the 38 rim might get you in there. It would nice. ::tu::

Picked up this USA (Colonial) just because. Some of my earliest memories of a knife were fishing with my Grandfather. He had a yellow fish knife similar to this one and showed me how to scale a fish. He scaled with the knife closed and that made sense as that long blade has quite a bending moment when it's open and puts quite a stress on the pivot pin. Anyway, this one has a wicked edge. Always fun to see an old one, can't resist for a couple bucks. J.O'.

I like the Canal St as well. Looks like you robbed a knife store! Great stuff.
