It's always interesting to see all the different patterns and brands of knives that have come to live with AAPK folks by the means of USPS!
My "show & tell" for today is my 9th PAL of this size and pattern. This one is the 1st with what I believe to be French ivory celluloid handle material. Let me know if the handles are known as something else. The others, 6 are mother of pearl celluloid, one is bone and the other smooth black. A couple have 2 blades and most have bails. The ones with the bails, I figure may have been tied to old fellers pocket watches.
This one made me smile, it's old, it has a half stop, it walks & talks and it's a PAL! Treefarmer

Nice little knife TF.
Mail call at my house yesterday. Thank you very much Knifaholic.
#3 Bulldog mini/baby, 1 Elephant toe 2 Sunfish. My favorite pattern.
The newest one is another Sunfish with Horn handles and is in my pocket today.

I fished this Cattaraugus TL 29 out of the shadow end of the bay the other day. It was advertised as an Ulster but I noticed the tang stamp said different. Shipley's shows it but mine doesn't have the Navy embossing on the blade nor a shield. The pile side is missing some wood. Iron liners. Thanks for looking.

Great looking knives, Steve!
Nice pickup and some good pics of it, Floyd. Mark side wood looks great, makes you wonder what happened to the other side.

Just in today. I found this Case Barlow on eBay. It had a name engraved in the handle. "Rusty Badgett Jr"
So I researched the name and found he was quite a fellow from Kentucky. He went to Colorado School of mines. Served in the South Pacific in WW2. Ran coal mines for fifty years. His two brothers were also heavily involved in coal mining operations as well.
