Summer Painting Project?

Was getting ready to start a project on painting my storage building. I ran into a contractor; friend and he suggested I watch this video before buying paint ever again. About 15 minutes long, but well worth the watch and actually addresses a lot of what's wrong with Made in the USA in the modern age. Profit before quality. Caveat Emptor. My building was last painted in 2008 with Valspar, and it has held up remarkedly well, but Valspar is no longer Valspar.
