Someone with some skills cobbled together this POS. Where to begin?
The blade tangs are a mess, narrower than their springs and appear to have rounded corners where tangs meet springs. Tang shape is wrong. Has been cold stamped - note the curved shoulder grind and rounded corners on the letters. Identical TESTED XX stamp has been applied to both blades, which is rare. Are those Stainless steel blades?? The shield is also a mess, probably cold stamped also. The arrow shield is fairly rare on Tested knives, but on those few that do have it the shield should have recessed block letters. Like this:
