A fast food joint’s (formerly Der Wienerschnitzel, now just Wienerschnitzel) hot dog antenna toppers.

Well, that explains it. I wondered what that IDOT sign I saw over the interstate this morning was talking about when it said “Hot Dogs. Not Hot Tempers”.
