I bought an A.B. stag damascus birds head leverlock on Ebay and had no trouble. I guess it depends on how you write it up and if a do good citizen blows the whistle. If you search Hubertus you get several hits and they seem to go through. Just last week an old fashion Eig picklock sold. Don't tell anyone :wink:
