I am trying to find more information on a Schrade Damascus Steel lockback.
The first time Schrade Cutlery used Damascus (1985). It has a drop point blade, 512 layers of alternating hard and soft steel, 3-3/4" closed. The handle is made of extremely dense Mexican Rosewood. Coined into the nickel silver bolsters, for the first time ever, is the Schrade Hallmark showing the corporate symbol, (SC), The Schrade Forger (indicating it was manufactured in Ellenville, N.Y.), and the letter "A" indicating the year of manufacture (1985). It also came with a custom tooled leather sheath. (Only 2000 to have been produced in 1985).
Both the knife and sheath are displayed in a wooden, hinged display box. The knife has the Hallmark on the bolster, Schrade (over) N.Y. USA on one blade marking and DAMASCUS (over) LTD on the opposite side.
The original packaging sleeve has a model/part number stamped on it: LB-5DM. I haven't been able to get a good photo of the knife to submit, due to lack of expertise/experiance!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you pretty well have all the info wrapped up. Nice knife, I wouldn't mind finding one of those myself, but I think thats the only one i've ever seen.
