Elderly Wards equal end jack

Anyone with ideas on who contracted this knife? The shield inletting looks rather Remington. The secondary was or is not a punch. The liners look to be nickel silver although they are not part of the bolsters, they are separate. The knife is a full 4 1/4 inches closed.

Levine's 2nd edition says Utica, but I couldn't say at all...

Hello Moss, Just in my opinion, from the discussions I have had in the past by a few collectors, there were some wards knives made by winchester, most common tall tale signs of these "special wards knives" were the small winchester shield and a "pattern #" on back of their master blades. thx Mark

I think your probably correct however there is no stamp on reverse. I think there may be a possibility that Remington contracted for them also.
