Case Factory, Bradford, PA?

Post by vikingdog »

Can anyone tell me about visiting the Case factory? I'm looking for a nice day cruise now that the weather's getting nice and I figure the Case factory is just over 3 hours from my house. Is it a good place to visit? Good tour, sales area etc?

You're about the same distance away as me. I can tell you there's some great scenery on the ride and there's an old time brewery called Straub's in St. Marys which would be along your route. If I recall correctly the Allegheny National Forest is near there.

I'm not, oh well. Three hours is well beyond my attention span anyway. Titusville is out that way...

vikingdog, membership is $15.00 a year or $150.00 for lifetime checkout there website. It's a very nice drive up and a very nice tour, they have a visitors center where you can buy Case & Zippo items. The knives they have hanging on there walls is fantastic. The people they have working there are very good at what they do and will answer any question you have. Ed

Thanks logman. I was through that area once several years ago when I drove across PA Route 6 and it was beautiful. I'm going to take another cruise out that way. I'm going to try to get my 17 year old son to ride shotgun and maybe pick up a few new knives.
