If I'm not mistaken, the "TB" stands for knife maker and designer Tony Bose who helped Case design some very nice knives. Your saddlehorn is one of them.

Goober got it.
Tony Bose, knife designer and builder, worked closely with Case in reviving the saddlehorn pattern a while back. They added the T.B. to the tang stamp to honor it. Don't get it confused with the very high end Tony Bose/Case collaboration knives that cost a few hundred each.
I don't remember exactly how many were made, but I believe the one you have pictured was a Shepherd Hills Cutlery exclusive with the Stag blade etch. I want to say that there were 250 made without the serial number and engraved bolsters and 250 made with.
Just guess on value would be in the $100 range, give or take.

A life without pocketknives is dull and pointless.

Tebenez, both T.B. saddlehorns you posted are fine looking knives.
This is a T.B. "Painted Pony" saddlehorn that I got from SMKW. Needbucks is pretty close on value of the stag; the pearl probably some what more.
