Winchester Stockman Isn't Right

Here's a Winchester stockman that isn't a real Winchester as far as I'm concerned. Winchester didn't use this style of punch blade and I have never seen a legitimate old Winchester with butter and molasses handles. When I first got interested in old knives around 20 years ago I intially gravitated to Winchester knives since I had owned a good number of their guns and, at that time, was appalled by all the fakes that were on the market then and made it a point to learn as much as I could about what the real ones were and looked like. I think the knife was originally an Ulster or Camillus or one of their contract brands and it's been restamped. The way the seller puts the quotes on "original" and saying "make offer" leads me to think that he knows it isn't right, too. Eric

I emailed the seller asking for better tang stamp pictures ... so far this is his reply :

Dear deanm56635w,

yes I can, I will need your email address, the rear tang are blank the two blades have the markings, this knife came from the president of the bunkerhill knife club it is all original.
