flint stainless knifes ?

picked up a serriated blade knife for 25 cents, i guess its like a bread knife basicly, hard to find usa made kitchen knifes these days, is this a old company ? flint stainless, vanadium on blade, with arrow head stamp.
Shoot low sheriff, he's ridin a Shetland.....
