Hi Fellas
New to the forum.
53 years old, self employed contractor for 30 years. Collected knives from '80 to '95,started with just EDC stuff then went to the antique/vintage market, Case,Remington,etc... learned some VERY costly lessons about buying old knives so I switched back and forth from custom to new production and sparingly some vintage stuff. Built up a fairly nice collection then lost the majority of it,not all, in an electrical fire at a small Gun & Knife shop I had opened with my BIL. Had a daughter in '95 and my priorties changed, well she's 15 now and off to the races so I'm back. Love folders and fixed blades, old and new, with that 'ol style craftmanship, prefer flat or hollow ground on my custom stuff, horn and bone for handle material. I need to spend a couple days reading topics/posts but I hope to learn, participate and contribute to the forum. Thanks for having me......
