Left Handed knife

Post by ChrisM »

Is there such a thing as a left handed Chef's knife? My friend said they got a set for cheap because it was "left handed" and i can't cut a carrot lengthwise straight with it to save my life.

So Joe, are we in agreement in saying there is no such thing?

Chris,

There are a few knife makers that DO make left handed knives .... I think the main difference is t the handle end .... look at the handle and see if it has a palm swell on the left side.
