See page one of this thread (second knife posted). I recieved the knife today and took much better photos of it than were posted on Ebay. The knife is beautiful !! My question is it a rare Hammer Brand Knife like the seller stated ??

I have seen and have a few of that pattern but have not seen that shell handle before, looks really nice.

Vintage Hammer Brand Stockman Knife - USA
Made in USA. Vintage three blade stockman knife with silver/gray/black cracked ice handles. Closed length 3 ½”..
Tang stamp on large blade reads “HAMMER BRAND”. Tang stamp on second blade has patent numbers.
Pick it up for short change !

Wow that fob Hammer is too cool Joe! What do you call the handle on that? Flame?
I saw a Kamp King a few weeks ago with that same material but missed out on gettin it.

The prefixes for the model No.'s were:
st - stag
kp - simulated mother of pearl
ac - assorted colors
os - outdoor scene
Guess we get to name them ourselves
That one is now OFFICIALLY named "Flamin' Cell".

Just picked up this one of kind solid celluloid etched 1930s, before the shells started, Cattleman pattern. Never used. This is probably one of one left in this original condition! You don't see these every day boys!
