is this a fake knife? that number doesn't seem to match up with the knife. Couldn't find any info on the net about one like this:

yes, this is a real knife, This is just a four bladed little cigar. They are rare.

I like the lengh, and the wood on this. Is there a "type" that this is called? I dont care for 4 knifes, but whatever

The knife is called a 4 Bladed little cigar. It appears to have worn out green bone handles. This is a rare rare pattern but has seen its better days.
