Series XV has a Railsplitter in Sambar Stag it is 3 1/2" with a coping blade. As opposed to the "whittler" in Series XX which is 3 3/4" with a pen secondary blade.

I see there is a Series XV railsplitter on fleabay right now. It's at $70.00 with 3 days left.

yep, the series xv is probably your best bet.
as knowtracks said, it's a stockman configuration, rather than the whittler setup on the series xx, but the sheepfoot blade gives it more versatility.
it also has polished blades instead of the glazed blades of series xx.
