Anybody ever see a tang stamp like this'n ?

Yes, this is a legit stamp that was used between 1896-1915. In Sargents 6th edition you can find several knives with this stamp. start at page 43 and go to page 69.

The Seahorse is one of my favorite designs i had no idea it's basic design was so old. Wow.
