i got this knife about a month ago it has a ovel stamping on the tang it saids new york knife co walden thanks

That oval stamp is much less common than the Hammer Brand/New York Knife Co. stamp and I believe earlier. That should make the knife more collectible.

it is a very pretty knives and the stamping is clear as a bell on both blades its my 4th nykc
