My Introduction?!

Post by AllForProtection »

Hey folks, I live in Arizona and "collect" pocket knives as well as using them for protection and traveling. Here is my current setup: The red is a Wenger and the other one I picked up in Williams, Arizona for a few bucks, and have no idea what the brand is but it has a bald eagle(?) as a logo.

The blue one is for protection as well as for traveling like the red one.

I would say they're 2 and a half inches, the blue one a little longer.

They look similar but mine is probably a knock-off brand. It says Made in China :/

At least it locks.

welcome to the club, the spyderco knock-off is a frost cutlery knife. spyderco logo is of course, a spider, that looks like a tick.

My Introduction?!

Post by duerowine »

Hi Folks, good to meet you all. Soon be vendimia or harvest time here in the Ribera del Duero wine region in Spain and we'll see all manner of knives to bring in the grapes. While not strictly "pocket" knives the traditional hooked harvest knife does fit in your pocket snugly enough but you better not sit down on the job if you want to avoid harvesting a slice of thigh or worse...
