Hi, this one is so rare no one seems to know who made it..... Pretty amazing knife though, 3 and 5/8ths and both blades are 2 and 7/8ths inches long. Incredible snap, brass bolsters and oversized brass pins and shield in an odd configuration.....very old celluloid handles and looks like oversize steel pins. Shes heavy and very well made. Still looking for info on this knife if anyone can hazard a guess. Thanks,

Bob

I've seen these before and I really like them. The one I saw on Ebay went for WAY more than I wanted to pay. Last time I looked there was one in an AAPK store, or is this the one?

Jimmy Allen was a little before my time, I guess. I do remember Sky King and I think the young boy in the show was named Jimmy.

Happy belated birthday, Paul. So then Jimmy Allen was before your time too. Sounds like it might have been a pretty good show for kids.

Paul, That's a cool knife! The shield really sets off the handles. Also, a happy belated birthday to you. ::nod:: I turned 60 right this very moment. That's kind of hard to believe. ( Sky King and his niece Penny!! ) ::tu:: Bull
