I don't know how anyone can work in that heat Willie. It was 105 here one day a few weeks ago and I was damn near hallucinating. It's only in the 80s now, what a relief.

I hear ya Willie, Pampa (by Amarillo) has been between 100 and 106 the last few days. That's bad enough. My daughter lives in Mansfield down your way and she says it's unbearable. When I played for T.C.U. in the mid 70's, I remember 3 a days in August at the bottom of Amon Carter all too well but we never had heat like what yall got this year. I sure feel for those boys. ::tear:: ::tear:: Smoke

We are having the opposite problem in Oregon.
We are really excited; tomorrow the forecast is for 90 degrees. If we make it, it will be the first time we have made 90 degrees this year in the Willamette Valley. We have had a cold and wet year. I hope we actually get a ripe tomato from the garden this year.

Y’all stay cool and send a few degrees up our way. ::nod::
