My First Folder

Post by Diligence »

Hey all,

Just getting to know the board, thought I'd share a photo of my first folder. I made this about 10 years ago, without a drill press.

It's a liner lock, using an old handsaw blade for the lock. The liner and blade are 440C with paper micarta scales.

It's not pretty, but it keeps an edge and I love using it.

Jaye

PS...the coin is a quarter.

edit - I removed the photos because of the size....Jaye

It looks mighty fine, especially for a first attempt.
