Not Exactly the Cover of Hot Rod Magazine but...

If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

Not Exactly the Cover of Hot Rod Magazine but...

Post by Joe Dirt »

This link features an article on my '71 AMC.
I met the author, Mike Gouge, through a mutual friend who knew about my car.
Mike was getting ready to write an article on the old AMC AMX's but needed a few
more photos, and info. on the orange one he had previously "spotted."

My car is the white one under the title "Jazzed About A Javelin Or Two."
As time progresses, the article will be moved down on the list, as he adds more vehicles.
In-so you will need to scroll down til you see his writeup on mine.

The pic at the bottom of this thread is the damage Mike is hinting to in his writeup.

My wife likes your car; she had a blue & white one.
Great car & super link! I read through most of his posts.

My uncle worked three jobs but his main job was at American Motors in Kenosha, WI. My first wife owned a '64 Rambler American when we got married and later in life I had a "Kenosha Cadillac" (Matador), a 1977 Gremlin (both white) and a Jeep J-10 pickup.

The Javelin was a great looking car. Congratulations.
