Not the Lost Dutchman, I am sure! I suspect these are, as you say, from the 80 or 90s. The display is a small floor or countertop display about 2-3 feet square. It has the usual shapes that the knives are placed in to show model, number of blades and type. Not all patterns are present, and some spaces are empty. I will go back and give it a closer look.
I appreciate your affirmation and comments. Far too many folks take for granted the sacrifices made by so many in the past and in the present. Freedom is not free - it always comes with a heavy price.
