We Have Been Shopping Again

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

We Have Been Shopping Again

Post by ebooknut »

Here are a few we picked up this week. The wife bought the Johnny Cash and the little Peanut. I have a 20 year old Sodbuster so I picked up the Sodbuster and Sodbuster Jr (a working man's knife). Mine were lots cheaper for sure.

Great purchases on some fine knives, I'm partial to the peanut.

Bought this John Deere yesterdeay for my grandson for Christmas. He's deep into JD stuff of any kind.

Nice Johnny Cash commemorative. That John Deere green is a bright color - just like the tractors! I bought this one last week - have had a Mini-Copperlock on my list of knives to acquire and happened across this one priced right, at a small town hardware store.

Awesome knives. What makes it better is the wife likes em too. I wish she felt the same way about guns then I wouldn't have to beg so much.
I saw some beautiful John Deere's at the dealer where she bought the JC knife. The greens were so bright on the Deere knives. The clover Trapper I got is green but not that green.

We were on our way to Choteau again and decided to stop at a dealer in Pryor OK. They had quite a large selection but we decided to pass on it. After we got to Choteau we picked up another little Graybone. This one was a Mini Trapper. I also found a couple of new US made Schrade's (tho not made in the Schrade factory) but still US made.
