I picked this beauty off of Ebay for $20. The seller had it listed simply as an 8 OT. Now, I know 8OT's are generally a dime a dozen these days but I needed a decent one for my collection, so I bought it. When it arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes. It has two different color smooth bone handles and bolsters that are similiar to the 858OT. I've heard it could be an end of days, a saleseman's sample, etc. Dale says it could be that one of the handles could have been dyed differently from the other and that makes sense to me as well but I've never seen an 8OT with these bolsters. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Marc

Late put together handles are from the heritage line sans shield. I have seen a couple of the heritage handles popping up with out a shield some on heritage seconds some on patterns that fit. Looks like parts are appearing. same catch can on bolsters and probably other parts. Should make a nice oddball or a great carry. Enjoy it. LT
