I think the list is somewhat incomplete. There were a lot more presidents that served than what is shown in the post.
Even more presidents with military service would make Klinton and Mullah Obama look even more out of place.

I think to be president it should be required to serve in the military!

Yep! and one that held a rank no higher than a Capt. that has been on the front line in a fire fight dodging bullets and grenades. Men like that have seen war at it's worst and wouldn't be so "want to go to war" happy when they are in total control of the armed forces. I'm not against defending the U.S.A. but I am against un-needed war happy politicians, regardless of the party they belong to.fergusontd wrote:I think to be president it should be required to serve in the military!
