If he bid and won your auction, why can't you leave feed-back?

Because sellers can't leave negative feedback for buyers. I just about dropped my teeth when I first heard that so I checked it out the next time I sold something. Sure enough negative feedback is not an option available to sellers. (or at least I couldn't figure out how to do it)
Edit: Quote directly from eBay's web site.
Sellers aren't able to leave negative or neutral Feedback for buyers. That means sellers need other tools that will protect them against unfair treatment from buyers and bring those buyers to eBay's attention.

Sellers used to be able to leave bad feed back but there were so many unscrupulous ones that E-bay did away with the option. Now they rip people off by being unscrupulous buyers instead.

I'm naive Robert. I operate under the premise that everyone is as honest as I am and then I'm disappointed when I find out (with a sad amount of regularity) that's not true.

I only had two really bad sellers. Unfortunately my trust has been betrayed on more occasions than I care to remember. I still operate on the assumption that everyone is honest until they prove otherwise. If i didn't my resultant personality shift would make me a rather unpleasant person. I think I've slid down that slope far enough as it is unfortunately.
