Does anyone collect button hooks? I'm offering a totally free (shipping included), pre-1963 button hook from beautiful scenic Rockford Illinois ::barf:: Yeah, I know there were a brazillion of them made in this specific pattern but do you have one from Rockford? :lol:

Thanks for the offer Jerry but I have a bunch of them already.Most of mine are of the folding variety but I do have a couple of fixed ones including one with a leg for a handle.Also have one that folds into a shoe horn but can't find a pic of it.

I know it's nothing special Ray but there are lots of folks around like Iron Hoarder who measure their collection by the ton. Someone may want it just to add it to the pile. And then there are those who will take anything that's free. Not being judgemental, just an observation.

I don't even recall when or from where this one came into my possession. It's first come, first served. And no, Dimitri. I doubt very seriously it's silver plated, in fact I'm almost positive it isn't.
