D-Day, a day that changed the course of WWII and possibly the course of history in the twentieth century.
Never forget.
And never stop praying that there will be no need for days like that in the future.

Front page of our local paper today was dedicated to D-Day remembrance and stories of two local vets who were there - I was proud of our paper for remembering when so many forget.

EVERY day since then has been affected by that fateful day. We owe that generation a tremendous debt of gratitude, they did nothing less than to actually save the world. Whenever I see an older gentleman wearing some type of military insignia from that era, if possible I shake his hand and offer my thanks.
