This is my 1st Fathers Day with official step children. I don't have any kids of my own. Kathy got me an anvil, that I believe is a Peter Wright, England. It is marked in hundredweights, 2 2 20 which would be 224+56+20=300lbs. It has been used a fair amount, and has some dishing over the sweet spot, but it is not missing any chunks, and rings like a bell anywhere you tap it.

She is a good strong woman, perfect for dragging deer, and carrying tools at flea markets. I do my best to stay on her good side!

Gaurddog, that is a really pretty Case! I like that deep rich red bone. We are going to Bradford next month, and I will look for one of those. I kinda feel guilty going to the Case show, where they spent a lot of time and money to arrange, and only buying old knives, so I try to buy at least 1 new one.
