Edge Premium Stock Knife
I got this one recently and have been polishing for a week. Really can't tell the difference. I think it's about as good as I can get it. You guys that put that great finish on knives are to be commended.

For the metal I use 3M polishing paper, from 400 to 2000 grit, then finish with No Scratch Pink rouge. on a buffer.
For the wood, the polishing paper will take out the scratches then most woods look nice when polished with carnauba wax. I use hard carnauba on a soft buff.
It will surprise you how much difference it will make.
