Thanks gentlemen for the compliments - I need to get an old burlap tobacco sheet for a prop too. Rocky, that cotton knife is one of the nicest I own, just bought it right here off of the AAPK store from Bob at Ridgewood; ordered it Monday, had it Wednesday - pretty fast, eh?

Monk, that Cocobolo wood is as beautiful on a knife handle as it is on a pair of S&W revolver grips - NICE!

Holey Macamoley Tim, those are some sure fine closeme-ups.
My Koduck digimatic quit doing close-ups a few years ago after
the factory smoke leaked out.
Suspect a battery related failure, case got warm enough
I couldn't hold it, barely had time to eject the batts.
Not a good sign imho. After that closeups come out blurry.
I meant to go shop for replacement but I forgot.
Plus don't want to hafta read another owner's manual
til absolutely necessary.

Here a few of the last closeups before the great smoke escape.
Didn't realize the PW Nat 62109w had a rare Caae 88 shield
until pic was uploaded.

That is a beautiful knife for sure, I'd love to have a knife made with antler from the buck I harvested, great idea! How does the knife balance in the hand with the base portion of the antler being towards the rear? Do you have another pic of it showing the rear view? Indeed thanks for posting it, a real beauty, you are a true craftsman!

Hey Earl, the knife is made by a guy name John Lloyd.
I don't know if you've ever heard of him, but he makes a nice knife. He is making me a Lanny's clip right now.
