Sudden Trip To Acadia

Post by Bacon Lover »

I was gonna take a spin up the coastal route from Porland (ME) and let the '63 run a bit. Well next thing I knew I was 2+ hours away in Bah Habbah (Bar Harbor). So I hiked and stayed the nite in a cool little B&B. Took a cpl. of pix.

Nice! I have always wanted to visit Maine.
Not gonna drive it though. Gonna have to fly. :)

Beautiful country! I spent a couple days up there once, and wish I could spend a couple months. (but not winter months!)

That is beautiful - Maine is one of five states I still need to visit; your pictures put it at the top of the list!
Deep in the guts of most men is buried the involuntary response to the hunter's horn, a prickle of the nape hairs, an acceleration of the pulse, an atavistic memory of his fathers, who killed first with stone, and then with club...Robert Ruark

Had my first lobster up there. (When I was 30 or so)

Nice area to be sure.

Wow, those are great pics. I've always wanted to make it to that part of the country. Simply beautiful!
