A lifetime is so short compared to deadtime, it’s soo long.
I want to say a few things about a few of you here at AAPK. After just starting to collect knives in Feb of 2006 and then finding AAPK in July of 2006. I am new at this.
Hukk is the first one that comes to my mind. He showed us some of his Bulldogs with so much knowledge and enthusiasm about them. I was so impressed that I bought 12 Prototypes from a site that he liked. All Celluloid handles 1995. I have a special love for Abalone now do to Hukk.
GLENN who I bought my first knifes from this site and his kit to clean and save knives.
Smiling-Knife is a man that I received my first FREE YELLOW knife from. For some unknown reason he just sent me two Yellow knives cuz I said I like Yellow knives.
CCBill the man who I bought my first knife book from. It’s even signed by the man who wrote it. Then Bill adds a Schrade never used knife as a free gift with the book. (I collect Schrades)
Jfarmer has the most impressive Hammer Knife collection I have ever seen. I received my first YELLOW Fight’N Rooster from and we all know jfarmer does not say much but has some real fantastic ladies. One top-notch lady is his wife. Did you all see what she gives him for his B-Day and Christmas? She goes with him to KNIFE SHOWS too.
Orvet is the man I made my first knife trade with. A YELLOW Imperial fish knife stills in the clam case. He also helped me with a spelling check program that helps me a lot.
Jonet143 is a man I traded with two knives for two knives with and I tried to throw in a third knife free but he sent the free one back. He is just to honest.
Muskrat man what I call our soon to be a Knife Artist. I sent him some knife scales that where all black looking and did not tell him what they where. He placed them on a Schrade muskrat knife and turned out to be Amber Jigged bone. A very UNIQUE looking knife now.
PA and Upnorth soon (if god wills it) to meeting at a knife show in July. First ones to meet from AAPK I hope.

Sunburst is a man that I want to be more like. He is so good with words soft spoken, strong, very meaningful, uses his wisdom wisely. He reminds me of Art Carney on the JACKIE GLEASON SHOW. Not living in the sewers Of New York but living in the swamps in Florida. A very funny but very smart man. I am looking for the day I can say you are the first one too.
Bryan I hope you see from this you are all to blame for my sickness of love for steel and scales. Most of all for the super site to share and vent out our feeling. I am sure you will be rewarded a place in heaven some day.
A 1,000 THANKS to every one here at AAPK. Please do not feel bad if I did not add your name to this but I have to wipe out my eyes now from crying.
you gave me a thought that the AAPK crew is very much like a living organism (No not Orgasim) and that each one of us has so much to give and share with the rest of the body. And if that is true Ken I consider you the

There have been some real sweethearts tugging at the heartstrings posted to this board. It might be a good time to remind everyone about safety when reviewing the knife photo's.
I hope some day we can pass more than just words and hot air.
