Interesting Hammer-Tool

Anybody know what this is,I got it off of ebay,I thought it looked pretty cool?

It looks somewhat like the hammers used at Brandon for flintknapping. The long head was used for striking flakes off nodules, and (if I remember right) with a stake to strike rifle or musket flints from the flake.
