Blue bone Shadow Toothpick

Post by jkf96a »

This knife is a fun pattern, the "shadow toothpick." It's a toothpick pattern, made with washers and no bolsters. The swedged blade and spring are CM154 stainless steel. This knife also has 410 stainless liners and 416 pins. It's got a smooth, medium pull with a crisp half stop and good "walk and talk." The handles are blue dyed giraffe bone, buffed to a high shine. I chose this design primarily to take full advantage of the size of this set of bone. Closed length is 5", open length is 8 3/8".

Very sleek and simple. The blue bone really makes it pop.

Great work as usual!

That's a eye catcher! Looked at your web site, I like the description of one of the fixed blades, "deer disassembly device". Treefarmer
