Skunk Scent

Post by justold52 »

I just had to tell this one... I was thinking of Sunbursts little friends.

At Last -- A Formula to Rid Your Pet of Skunk Scent

Take 1 quart of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide (available from any drugstore), 1/4 cup of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate for you science types) and 1 teaspoon of liquid soap, such as Ivory. Mix and immediately apply to the stinky pet. Rinse thoroughly with tap water.

The result is astonishing.

Give this a try and let me know. Wright it down and save it.
I bet you will like me for a long time.... ::nod:: ::nod::

hydrogen peroxide is one best kept secrets. Your dentist will not tell you how good it is to whiten your teeth and gargle with. Most of those teeth brighten tooth past, strips and gels use hydrogen peroxide. Then charge you 5 times the cost. All you need to do is READ the label. If you cut a finger you pour some peroxide on the cut to kill germs. Try brushing your teeth (as normal). Then for 5 min hold peroxide in your mouth. Then spit it out. ::nod:: ::nod::

(Used for treatment of minor cuts and abrasions. A gargle or rinse.)
