Yes.
Imperial Schrade went out of business in 2004.
All their assets including brand names were sold at auction.
Steward Taylor bought the rights to the names and now has knives that look like the Old Timers made in China since about 2006, I think.

Although all the OTs and UHs are made in China after July of 2004, Taylor has had some Schrades made in the United States by (first) Camillus, who also then closed down, then by Bear and Son, Utica, and some higher quality pieces by Great Eastern, which were big heavy trappers on the old Remington bullet pattern, and a switchblade.
