This is a Christmas 2012 Johnnie Fain Memorial knife auction.
Johnnie was a Moderator here on AAPK until his death in March of 2009.
These knives are from Johnnie’s collection; the proceeds go to his widow, Annettee.

This auction is for the following knife:

LENGTH (closed): 3-1/4”
BOLSTERS: Slant pinched nickel silver bolsters
SHIELD: Case oval
HANDLES: Tortoise celluloid
BLADES: Swedge ground spear with pen & spey secondary blades
LINERS: Brass
TANG STAMPS: Master blade- WR CASE & SONS/BRADFORD, PA/19 USA 90 Rear Stamp: TESTED/X X/ CT3 (and the rest of the stamp is hidden by the bolster)
TANG STAMP: Spey Blade- CASE/XX/TESTED (in a circle)
TANG STAMP: Pen Blade- W.R. CASE/& SONS/BRADFORD, PA.
SNAP: Hard

This auction will end at 12 Noon, Pacific Time Sunday December 9, 2012, if there have been no bids within 1 hours of that time. If there have been bids, the auction will continue until such time as there are no bids for 1 hour. At that time the high bidder will be declared the winner.

Payment will be by money order only. Upon receipt of payment the knife will be shipped.

The payment price will be the winning bid plus $8.50 for Priority Mail & insurance.

If you prefer First Class Mail in a padded envelop without insurance contact me by PM or email. The price for First Class is $4.50.
