Case Limited Edition Razor Knife

howdy yall, this is a 1996 limited edition Case Razor knife. Its a pretty unique knife IMO.
its 3 3/4" closed and has "Corncob" Jigged Greenbone handles. This knife is not in perfect condition as it has some nicks on one side of the bolsters for some reason, but other than that the knife looks new. The box says 1 of 2500 and looks like its 16 years old lol.

Im looking for $45 for it, I prefer MO but paypal is ok it if you must.
