MEMORIAL DAY

Went to my daughters (Kindergarten) Memorial Day Celebration at school today. Sometimes when I see some of our Nations youth these days, I wonder what happened to good manners, respect for our elders, and general goodwill to your neighbor. But let me tell you, It restored my faith and made me feel real good to see how these children respected our flag and our Servicemen and Women today. There were actually children crying when the screen lit up with images of our Flag and a Bald Eagle to close the show. My little girl also cried. To all of you out there who served this GREAT Country, THANK YOU from me and my family

I will give you and your daughter a BIG 10-4 on a day well spent together.
Most of all the TEACHER for pointing out to her class any lose of a life is bad and many paid with their life to have the FREEDOM we have.

I hope the TEACHER does not get any bad feedback on her very good job.

Thats a great story Useem.
I would be willing to wager that yau would not find the teaching of such in much more than 10% of our public schools. Please tell your daughter it's alright to be sad, some fought and some died because they loved her and the rest of the denizens of this great country.
