A friend rented an apartment.
After a couple of weeks he noticed a leak in the ceiling. 
The ceiling had removable tiles (drop ceiling). He called the owner who came over the next day to inspect. He climbed the ladder and slid back a tile. 
With a loud voice of authority and with a bit of (gee you stupid guy why didn't you look tone to his comment) he exclaimed, "there's your problem the buckets full". 
Needless to say he moved out shortly there after for a more accomodating dwelling,
My comment to him was, "if its an electrical problem you better get a hammer"
