Wow, a company who's owner still has a pair - good for him and good for you in supporting him!
Deep in the guts of most men is buried the involuntary response to the hunter's horn, a prickle of the nape hairs, an acceleration of the pulse, an atavistic memory of his fathers, who killed first with stone, and then with club...Robert Ruark

They're one of last "Mom and Pop's" around here. I can't always buy from them but I always check them out first. They'll still custom cut glass for you.

Wow, if it was within driving distance I'd go there for my hardware needs too!

Re: Florence Hardware
Here is an email sent to all Boone County Public Library workers. The Second Amendment at work:
All~
Guns and libraries are in the news. The issue is being discussed both nationally and locally in Kentucky. Kentucky law is clear, customers CAN bring firearms into libraries and most other public buildings.
Firearms can be carried openly in most places in Kentucky (including libraries). There are very few exemptions to the law. Concealed firearms can also be carried in the Library. However, the owner is required to have a concealed carry permit.
Public libraries can take no action or create any policy that counters Kentucky law.
If you are approached by a customer concerning this issue please respond with the following: the open and concealed carry of firearms is clearly allowed by the law and libraries are required to follow the law.
We work hard to ensure that our facilities are safe for everyone who uses them. Customers who are unhappy with this law (or any law) should voice their opinions to
their Kentucky Representative or Senator by calling the Kentucky Legislative message line: 800-372-7181.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,

I would love to see that in Salem Oregon, thought I would be more likely to see in in one of the smaller towns in Oregon.
I love that letter to the libraries too!
