This is a Queen/Dan Burke collaboration stockman or cattleman. The steer head is carved directly out of the bone. The original version had the master blade stamped with some big black letters. I think it read "Cattle Knife." Then A.G Russell had a run made without the distracting words on the blade. I think that improved the appearance a 100%.

I really like that raised steer head on the stockman. That is something you don't see every day! Group shots are hard to do. Each knife is such a small part of the picture that details are lost, and there is always one or two that don't have as good a light as the rest.
Here is a new one that just came today - a ebony cotton sampler with brass fittings from GEC.
