I'm not new to knives or knife forums but I recently discovered AAPK and I like what I see so far. Most of my knife buying over the last several years has been limited to tactical folders from Emerson, Spyderco, Benchmade, Strider, etc. I recently got the urge to pick up a tradtional style pocket knife to carry in additon to a tactical folder while at work and off duty. While perusing the local Gander Mountain about a month ago, I saw that they had Case Knives on sale. I picked up a mini trapper with amber jigged bone handles and I got hooked. I've bought two more Case knives since then including a medium stockman and a jr. scout.
In addition to knives, I enjoy reading, history, challenge coins, cigars, and getting outdoors. I'm looking forward to spending more time here, learning a thing or two, and getting to know people. Thanks for having me
