Too close though. A few more years of movement to the left and we are in serious trouble. I want to stay positive, but I see whats coming, and it aint good. On many fronts.

I may be wrong but I believe this has been voted on before under different administrations....but again I could be wrong.

One thing I've come to realize in all this latest gun scare is that the true redblooded american is fed up with how things are going and are starting to fight back. Not only have they armed themselves, they are also doing what politicians fear the most.....they are standing up and actually VOICING their opinions on it!

People have been contacting their officials on this one and we are seeing the effects. Even the manufactors are taking a stand and moving their plants to more gun friendly environments.

Our elected officials are taking note of all this and are realizing if they want to keep their jobs they better listen to the people on this one.....that is the only thing keeping us from total gun confiscation.

Even NY's Cuomo is stepping back from what he did to a degree. People need to keep voicing their opinions and we will continue to see these liberals taking backwater on the gun debate!

I think this all came about when Hillary and B. Hussain Obummer reopened talks with the U.N. on this treaty proposal just a day or two after the last presidential election. They would like nothing more than to strip us of all means of self defense. After all, they do know what's best for us don't they?

Check out the voting record of your Senators. Florida had a split vote. Thank the Lord for Marco Rubio, but shame on Bill Nelson! Nelson's family has deep roots in the panhandle but he lives down the state somewhere, where he has forgotten the values his old uncles held before they passed on. Names like Reed, Schumer, Boxer, Feinstein, Rockefeller just don't sound complete unless you add Bill Nelson to the list. Soon they'll probably be voting that making a statement like this will be a "hate crime". We need the return of common sense to both sides of the political aisles. Treefarmer
